Product Info:

Morton’s Rolls’ famous signature product. Made using the same traditional method as used when the company was established in 1965. Morton’s traditional crispy rolls are batch fermented for 4 hours in order to get a good flavour in the rolls. The rolls are hand cut and allowed to prove up before being baked  to give the rolls the crispiness that Glaswegians have been enjoying for the past 47 years.

Crispy rolls are sold loose and are recognisable for their rustic appearance and odd shapes!! The rolls are crisp to touch but moist in the centre. The flavour in these rolls are second to none.
